Job Title: Team Leader – Operations (Asset Lifecycle)
Level: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Location: (City/Region as applicable)
Role Purpose:
Drive device recovery performance across the assigned geography within the Bharti Airtel ecosystem by
leading field executives, enforcing process discipline and maximizing recovery efficiency while minimizing
losses and leakages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recovery Operations Management
a. Own device recovery KPIs for the assigned circle/s (volumes, value recovery, turnaround time).
b. Drive daily execution plans with field executives to ensure target achievement.
c. Identify bottlenecks and plug leakage points in the recovery lifecycle.
2. Field Force Leadership
a. Manage and coach a team of field executives / agencies.
b. Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets and review rigorously.
c. Conduct on-ground audits and joint field visits to ensure quality execution.
d. Build accountability through performance tracking and corrective actions.
3. Performance & KPI Governance
a. Track and improve key metrics such as: Recovery rate (%) Aging buckets reduction, productivity.
b. Drive data-backed interventions to improve underperforming areas.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
a. Work closely with center and circle operations and customer experience teams.
b. Ensure alignment with legal/compliance teams for sensitive cases.
5. Process Compliance & Risk Control
a. Ensure adherence to recovery SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
b. Prevent fraud, misuse, or asset misappropriation.
c. Maintain accurate documentation and closure records.
6. Data & Reporting:
a. Publish daily/weekly MIS on recovery performance.
b. Analyze trends and highlight actionable insights.
c. Use dashboards/tools to drive real-time decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Education Graduate in any discipline
2. Experience 4–7 years in last mile operations / collections / recovery / reverse logistics
3. Prior experience in telecom or device handling is preferred
