Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Drive prime home loan sales across the assigned region.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
Identify opportunities to grow home loan portfolio with high-quality customers.
2. Team Management
Manage and mentor Area Sales Managers / Sales Managers / Relationship Managers.
Monitor team productivity and ensure sales targets are met.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training.
3. Channel Development
Build relationships with:
Expand the distribution network to increase loan sourcing.
4. Branch & Cross-Sell Coordination
Work closely with branch banking teams to source home loan leads.
Promote cross-selling of banking products (insurance, LAP, credit cards).
5. Portfolio Quality
Ensure high credit quality and compliance with underwriting norms.
Maintain low delinquency levels in the home loan portfolio.
6. Market Intelligence
Track competitor offerings and market trends in housing finance.
Provide feedback to product and credit teams for product improvements.
7. Operational Coordination
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
