Job Title: Executive HR (Vacant)
Reporting to: Unit HR Head
Education & Experience: MBA/MSW with 4-5 Years of Experience in Mfg Industry
Key Roles: Execution and Monitoring
Key Functional Responsibilities:
1 Organise Various Communication Meets: Monthly Communication Meeting, Sambodhan, etc.
2 Conduct TNI, Prepare Training Calendar, Organise Inhouse Training Through Internal Faculty as per TNI, Assessment Through Skill Matrix and Review for Re-Training.
3 Coordinate Entire Operations of Play School: Inspection, Observations, Address Routine Issues and Maintain smooth operation of Play School, Salary Disbursement to Teachers, etc.
4 Coordinate Ladies Club Activities and Support in all their functions Throughout the Year.
5 Coordinate all the Activities Related to Ryan Intenrational School, Sahajhanpur In rspect of PTM, School Bus, Hostel, Visit of Our Medical Officer, Payment of Tution Fees, etc.
6 Organize & Coordinate Various Training & Development Activities suggested by Corporate HR Department for Different Levels of Employees at Unit
7 Success Factor Adoption of LMS Module: Scheduling Training in the LMS, Ensure Feedback Form from each participants, Maintain Proper Records in the System, Monitor Completing Skill Soft Courses by all the License Holders and Monitor Dashboard.
8 Coordinate Various External Trainings Sponsored by Corporate HR for their Registration, Deposit Fees, Informing Candidates, Getting Feedback Form Filled, Recording the Same in LMS, etc.
9 Implementation of Action Plan on Employee Engagement
