Job Title : Process Manager – Strategy/Data Analytics
Job Role:
The incumbent should be responsible for accurate transactional execution and monitoring of various central
processes. The role shall be fungible and the incumbent should be willing to take on additional responsibilities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
This role efficiently manages a range of operational and coordination activities including receipt
reconciliation, ID card and repot kit management, vendor empanelment, legal and alternate
communications, auction and settlement data maintenance, audit and payment update coordination,
and case filing with lawyers and stakeholders. Incumbent ensures orderly data maintenance, timely
task completion, periodic MIS publication, and seamless coordination with various internal and
external stakeholders to support alternate collection modes and overall process efficiency.
Strategy and Planning: Suggest and implement various process improvements arising from self-audits and drive automation of processes
Policies, Processes & Procedures:
Manage training needs for CPA/ Support staff
Manage specific training needs of Collections Team
Job specific bucket/s:
Manage various processes/ activities such as
o Receipt Reconciliation
o ID card Management
o Repokit Management
o Vendor Empanelment Coordination
o Legal and alternate communications
o Auction Data Maintenance
o Settlement Data Maintenance
o Audit coordination
o Payments updation coordination
o Coordination and data maintenance for alternate mode of collections.
o Coordination for filing cases with various lawyers,vendors, internal stakeholders
- Maintain data in an orderly manner.
- Periodically publish MIS as per decided frequency.
- Ensure completion of tasks assigned within the timelinesdefined.
