DGM – Finance

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

• Manage banking, financial transactions, investments and relationships with financial institutions 

• Secure and manage loans for capital projects and operations; advise on and manage investments to optimize returns 

• Handle project financing, planning and management of large-scale manufacturing projects 

• Ensure compliance; prepare and review income tax returns, filings and appeals 

• Manage and respond to tax audits, ensuring accurate reporting and minimizing tax assessments 

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency; understanding of export hedging

Qualification & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred 

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in financial management within the manufacturing sector, ideally managing multiple units 

• Should have experience of GST/ IT case resolutions 

• Should have proven experience of Banking and Project Financing 

• Experience in procurement & asset management across multiple locations
