Job Role : Asset Desk Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive asset cross‑sell business (PL, LAP, Auto Loan, HL, etc.) across alliances and existing customer base
• Manage and grow alliances / partner channels to maximize business penetration
• Achieve monthly sales and cross‑sell targets across assigned products
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Credit, Ops, Risk) for seamless business closure
• Monitor pipeline, conversions, and revenue metrics
• Ensure adherence to processes, compliance, and policy guidelines
• Track MIS, prepare reports, and share regular performance updates
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis in assigned geography
